Taking place in the far off time of , DAW is a wrestling show the likes of which have never been seen in SL before.
The Universe of DAW
Decibel Anthro Wrestling takes place in a world divergent from your own in the far off future of 2K22. It is a planet fresh out of a 20 year recession that began 22 years prior.
It is a planet saved, damned, enriched, enraptured and emboldened by a gift from above: Hidakium.
Hidakium. The Miracle of the Stars.
Falling to Earth in the early 1980s with the majority landing in the Hidaka Mountains of Japan, its arrival brought about the incredible evolution of this RetroFuture present.
The result? Progression. Wild, rampant, aimless progression. Leaps and bounds in a single decade? Cut that in half. Moore's Law? Immortal. The Moon? 1999. 2K00. 2K01...
The funny thing about getting caught up in all this? People tended to move quickly into innovating. Glitches were expected, even welcomed for their penchant for breeding more innovation.
Fixing them, though? Well... Let's just say 20 years of economic cataclysm gave the world a valuable lesson on collective patience.
